I partner with my clients to achieve their goals; improving their feelings about themselves and others and fostering a sense of well-being through psychological methods that have been proven effective.
I have worked with individuals, families, and groups to relieve suffering from problems that include depression, grief, anxiety, traumatic events and abuse, psychosis, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and borderline personality disorder. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Assessment, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
